The hotel's location near rialto bridge proved convenient. I found myself amidst the heart of the city within moments. the provided breakfast included lovely treats. i also appreciated the room, it was very cozy. the staff were super friendly and accommodating to every need.
i noticed very faint sounds from outside, they were barely audible.

The location was perfect, less than five minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Staff was cheerful and helpful. I found easy check-in. Great communication was constant.
The rooms were on upper floors, but no lift was available, so it was slightly difficult to climb.

The location was excellent near main attractions. Staff offered helpful information regarding transportation from the airport. They provided details about local restaurants with delicious traditional food.
The building lacked an elevator to reach upper floors. The bathroom door was broken making showering difficult without flooding. There was a lack of adequate hanging areas in the bathroom for towels and toiletries.

I found the staff very helpful. The location was ideal, close to many shops. The breakfast had great value, but I did eat out. The towels were changed often, I find that perfect.
There wasn't a fridge in my room, I missed this for cold drinks.

The location was very convenient. It was just a few minutes walk from the water taxi. The room was clean and cozy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, a relief in the hot weather.
There was no elevator. I had to lug my bags up narrow stairs. The bathroom door was broken. It was hard to shower without flooding the bathroom.

faulty air conditioning no refrigerator
The location was amazing, very central to shops, restaurants, and activities. The internet worked fast.
I was really annoyed that the air conditioning did not work. When I asked why, they responded that it was not summer yet, so it was very warm at night.. There was also no refrigerator, so I could not keep anything cold.
