The fourth-floor rooms have exposed wooden beams and a terrace with views of Venice's rooftops. Superior rooms include a terrace for breakfast service during summer months. Standard rooms were fully refurbished in 2014, while economy rooms on floors 2 and 3 offer compact accommodations.

Central Venice Location

Located on Calle degli Stagneri in San Marco, the residence sits 300 meters from Rialto Bridge vaporetto stop and a 2-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. The Rialto Fish Market and Fruit and Vegetable Market operate nearby. The Church of San Salvador, containing Titian's Transfiguration, stands a few meters away. The Telecom Italia Future Centre hosts technology and art exhibitions within walking distance. Goldoni Theater and Malibran Theater offer theatrical performances and chamber music concerts nearby.

Transportation Access Points
